ICE (2361) textured metalic diamante chunky clasp clutch bag evening gold Best Review

ICE (2361) textured metalic diamante chunky clasp clutch bag evening gold Best ReviewI was wondering why this seller is rated so low. I usually avoid buying things from sellers rated under 93% (arbitrary number, I know) but I really liked the look of this purse and others the seller was selling so I took the plunge. I had to grit my teeth at the $15 shipping charge but surprisingly I expected the purses in less than 10 days. Which is amazing when you consider that I was expecting it to take up to two months. I guess the high shipping charge is at an expedited rate. My problem with the actual purse is two fold. Initially, the clasp is very loose. So loose in fact that turning the purse on it's side or upside-down flips the clasp open. Very disappointing. I'm still trying to figure out how to tighten the clamp. Second, the bag is not the nice metallic material I was expecting. I wasn't expecting metal but the low-cost, vaguely dull leatherette material was disappointing non the less. I love the shape overall so I'm inane to keep the purse but I might be more weary about buying from the seller without clearer pictures.
